Hi!!! Thank you for wanting to be a part of El Mercadito! We're glad your here. A few things to go over.
• All vendors provide their table unless otherwise stated.
• All vendors must contribute a raffle gift when notified. Each event is different but please note some require a raffle prize and you will be notified when and how. No minimum value expected just a raffle prize.
• All vendors MUST PROMOTE the event at least ONCE A DAY the WEEK OF the event. If you do not promote and invest in your business and in the event in which you will be participating in, we will not allow you to vend with us again. The success of our events is by ALL OF US WORKING TOGETHER TO PROMOTE.
• There are no refunds. We understand things happen, but we use vendor fees to pay for space, giveaways, printing and more. So if you cant make it no worries we understand we'll add you as a vendor to another event. Your have up to 4 months to participate in another event before forfeiting your payment.
• All payments are due no later that the week before the event. Need a payment plan no problem let us know.
• Some eventa are indoors and outdoors you will be notified per event.
• Events take place rain or shine because they are indoors unless specified.
• By filling out this vendor form and agreeing to be a vendor you also agree that for promotional and marketing purposes you are allowing and consenting that Mercadito Del Encanto can use your businesses product images on all social media graphics (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) including our website and paper marketing materials such as fliers, posters, signs, and banners.
